Over the years, Seed Savers Exchange has grown into a leading organization in the heirloom seed movement, maintaining a vast collection of seeds and educating the public about the importance of preserving agricultural biodiversity. At the Heritage Farm, visitors can explore the preservation gardens, where hundreds of heirloom varieties are grown. Transportation
The Seed Savers Exchange Heritage Farm is located a few miles north of Decorah. From Decorah, take Highway 52 north. Turn left onto Ridge Road. The farm entrance will be on your left. Limited public transportation is available; check local schedules for options.
